The frozen industry sector is subjected to many standards and regulations, imposed by the legislator and mass distribution. There are many rules linked to quality, delivery times, costs and respect of the traceability standards imposed by mass distribution on their suppliers.

The products constraints require particular functions:

• the management of fresh and frozen products, with storage and order preparation in controlled temperature rooms
• the management of expiry dates and FIFO policies
• complete traceability with the follow-up of batch
• capacity to process the variable product weights
• efficient order preparation in pallets and full parcels
