Order Picking Robot: AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) HAIPICK Climb

Vertical automation that pushes the limits of your logistics performance

With HAIPICK Climb, SAVOYE expands its range of robotic solutions by integrating the latest innovation from HAI Robotics. This technology takes automation to a new level—both literally and figuratively—thanks to robots capable of climbing the racks to retrieve your bins from high up.

The result? Exceptional storage density, significantly increased productivity, and unprecedented flexibility for your order fulfillment operations.

A solution designed for the performance and agility of your operations

AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots): performance and responsiveness

The robots combine horizontal and vertical movement to ensure a continuous flow of bins to the picking stations. Their speed of movement, combined with intelligent task management, ensures a very high throughput, even during peak periods.

Benefit: your picking cycles are shorter, your orders are fulfilled faster, and your customer promises are better met.

Agility and scalability

Designed to adapt to the growth of your business, the HAIPICK Climb solution integrates easily into any type of warehouse, new or existing. Its modular structure allows you to easily add new racks or robots as needed.

Benefit: flexible and scalable automation, keeping pace with your volumes and ambitions.

AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots): Easy Installation and Maintenance

The system requires only a single side rail per aisle, which minimizes technical constraints and reduces maintenance requirements. The robots can also navigate under the racks, simplifying their routing and improving their efficiency.

Benefit: rapid deployment, optimized maintenance, and accelerated return on investment.

Density: every meter counts

  • Racking height up to 12 meters, in single or double-depth configurations
  • Aisle width reduced to 900 mm
  • No cross aisles required
  • Storage and picking from both sides

This compact design allows you to utilize every square meter of your warehouse without wasting space on aisles.

Benefit: unmatched storage density and optimal use of your floor space.

All about Autonomous Mobile Robot Warehouse Q&A

How do warehouse mobile robots work?

SAVOYE mobile robots use LiDAR and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology to create a digital map of your warehouse. When the WMS triggers an order, the robot calculates the most efficient path, uses its telescopic fork to pick the correct container, and autonomously navigates to the delivery point, constantly updating its route to avoid traffic or obstacles.

How much does an autonomous mobile robot system cost?

The cost of a HAIPICK system is highly modular. Unlike fixed automation, you don’t need a massive upfront investment for the entire warehouse. You can start with a small fleet of robots and a few aisles of shelving. This “Pay-as-you-grow” model makes the initial CAPEX much more manageable for Middle Eastern SMEs and large enterprises alike, often resulting in a faster ROI than traditional automation.

Can mobile robots integrate with WMS and WCS?

Yes. For the HAIPICK system to be effective, it must be perfectly synchronized with your software stack. SAVOYE ensures seamless integration with your existing WMS (Warehouse Management System) and WCS (Warehouse Control System). This allows for real-time inventory updates, precise task allocation, and total visibility over your robotic fleet through a single dashboard.
