Jimmy Cuvillier is heading the development of customer service at Savoye's Advanced Technologies business.

Dijon, 11th July 2022 : Savoye appoints a new sales manager for its Advanced Technologies customer service. Jimmy Cuvillier, with more than 10 years of international experience, will support his team throughout the EMEA region.

With strong growth and in order to sustain this dynamic across all EMEA regions, Savoye is pleased to welcome Jimmy Cuvillier as Customer Service Sales Manager for the Advanced Technologies business, which includes all machines, systems and solutions for intralogistics automation. Jimmy Cuvillier and his team are in charge of expanding the services portfolio, not only through new products, but also through partnerships, as already in place in Norway, Germany and Spain.

"More specifically, the mission of the Advanced Technologies Customer Service department is to boost the development of the full service offer, which has already been adopted by many customers, as well as to support our clients in their recruitments. The latter aims to help companies to recruit the most talented employees to undertake the maintenance of Savoye's systems, through the elaboration of requirements, the pre-selection of candidates and a dedicated training program. By delegating the maintenance of their installations in this way, our customers can concentrate on their core business," explains Jimmy Cuvillier.

"A further focus of expansion is to allow our customers to reduce the downtime of their installations and thus improve their operational performance, thanks to our web-based troubleshooting tools," adds the customer service sales manager.

Lastly, in charge of managing the sales team in France and a network of subsidiaries in Europe and Dubai, Jimmy Cuvillier also applies his expertise and know-how to the teams dedicated to spare parts.
